Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) Germany Program is a preparation program designed for Indonesian nurses seeking to develop their professional careers in Germany. The program equips participants with German language skills, professional preparation, and comprehensive support throughout their journey toward a nursing career in Germany.

Participants receive end-to-end assistance, including intensive German language training from A1 to B2, language examination preparation, interview preparation with potential German employers, document assistance, and visa application support.

Qualifications

  • Nursing qualification

    At least a Diploma (D3) in Nursing and/or a Professional Nursing (Ners) qualification, with practical experience.

  • Active STR

    Hold a valid and active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).

  • Maximum age of 38

  • Experienced nurses & fresh graduates

    Open to graduates from public, private, or nursing schools.

  • German language at B1–B2 level

Yes. The program includes assistance with the preparation and processing of required documents, including document translation but excluding apostille processing.

Is visa assistance included in the program?

Yes. Participants receive guidance and support throughout the German visa application process after meeting the requirements and receiving an employment contract.

Are the German language examination fees included?

Yes. The program includes preparation for the official B1 and B2 examinations, as well as one exam attempt for each level at an authorized institution.

Is there any preparation before departure to Germany?

Yes. Participants receive pre-departure preparation to help them prepare for their new environment and adapt to life and work in Germany.
